Easiest tool for fat loss!


It's summer time and the living is easy (I quote), easy for holidays and training outside that is!
And one of the easiest tools to use, carry and keep close is the jump rope!
It's simple and inexpensive. Probably one reason the simple jump rope has been over looked.
The good news about the jump rope is that it's also easier on your joints than running. Especially when you jump on both feet, your weight is distributed evenly over both feet rather than impacting one foot at a time.
Like any other muscle as well, start off slow, even doing a phantom skip at first. A phantom skip is one with an imaginary rope and when your feet never leave the floor completely.
